    Brought several bottles as a Christmas present but had leaked in transit in a large box but no protection packaging Eventually spoke to customer service who arranged another to be delivered and said they would pass on that packaging needs reviewing but 2nd item packaged the same luckily had not leaked. Has said they would arrange gift wrap as a good will gesture but in the same type box. For the price l was disappointed. Originally posted on uk.loccitane.com
