This is a lovely personalised vase. I purchased it for a home warming gift. Delivery was quick & the vase was carefully wrapped to protect it during delivery.

Such a thoughtful item if looking for a sentimental gift, however when it arrived it looked as though no care had been taken of the vase what so ever. It had a big unexplained mark in the centre at the front so was unusable and the whole vase itself was smeared and filthy. Very disappointed.
