Hi Team, I am a loyal customer and been using this eyepencil for more that 6 years. The quality has clearly gone down and have to keep sharpening the pencil with no luck. I have used this eyeliner for a long time buy the last 2 will not sharpen no matter what sharpener I use so in affect you use it once try to resharpen and waste most of the pencil .I'm really disappointed. Originally posted on www.esteelauder.co.uk

I bought this Double Wear 24H Waterproof Eye Pencil in Smoke colour, because I had this for years and I was satisfied. The colour is really lasting which is great, but it's extremely soft/tender like a butter, which makes it really hard to work with.
