TAILORING RULES
Learn how to fold a shirt, and we mean really fold a shirt - as in shop-worthy folding, the creme de la creme
Place your shirt on a flat, very clean surface (e.g. an ironing board or a table). And fasten every other button starting from the top.
Now turn the shirt over, so it’s buttons face downwards, and lay it as flat as possible. Cut out an A4 size card – avoid using a cereal box because the colours may run!
Place the cardboard right in the middle and just underneath the collar. Now fold the excess shirt and arm into the cardboard. Holding the arm, fold it back on itself so it sits on the already folded shirt. Repeat for the other side so the arms sit on each other.
Fold upwards all excess material from the bottom, and fold the shirt back on itself in half. Remove the card by sliding it out, and you’re done.
