This chaise sofa bed is a perfect mix of style and comfort, and is ideal for any living space. Handcrafted in the UK by skilled craftspeople, it easily converts from a cosy sofa to a comfortable bed and is available in 5 beautiful fabrics. The Alderton features an arm on one side, and a higher back on the other to provide a cosy corner seating area, while still providing a chaise for reclining and relaxing. The chaise is positioned on the left when facing the sofa bed. Upholstered in Burgundy, a soft matte velvet, which is built to withstand anything busy family life can throw at it. The seat, back and scatter cushions are removable, with removable covers which are machine washable on a gentle setting. The feet are Beech hardwood with a natural gloss wood stain. The small double sofa bed pocket sprung mattress (with a depth of 14cm for extra comfort) folds away inside the seats so there is no need to store separately. To open the sofa bed, simply remove the seat cushions, grip the metal frame and pull it up until you are able to bring the frame towards you and it unfolds onto the floor.
