The seat and back cushions are removable, with removable covers that are machine washable on a gentle setting. The feet are Beech hardwood with a natural gloss wood stain. The small double sofa bed pocket sprung mattress (with a depth of 14cm for extra comfort) will fold away inside the seats, so there is no need to store it separately. To open the sofa bed, simply remove the seat cushions, grip hold of the metal frame, and pull it up until you are able to bring the frame towards you, and it unfolds onto the floor. The seat and back cushions are fibre-filled for a soft yet supportive finish. These cushions will require plumping once a week to keep their shape. This corner sofa bed is symmetrical, so both sides are of equal length.
