A highly pigmented powder that applies evenly and blends well.Prime eyes with Prep + Prime 24-Hour Extend Eye Base for added colour intensityApply over eye area (eye lid & crease) with a 239S Brush, using a pressing motion to build colour for a bolder look. Apply over eye area with a 217S Brush, using a circular motion to blend colour for a diffused look. For reasons of hygiene this product cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed, unless faulty.
