A specially designed textured powder puff moulds and conforms to the face as needed to pick up, hold and apply powder. Designed to complement Loose Setting Powder, each puff provides expert application across all areas of the face. For reasons of hygiene this product cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed, unless faulty.
