Personally designed by Lydia Millen, this Rose Petal shade lip liner frames your lips with a colour-rich formulation that glides effortlessly onto the lips to give a velvet finish. You can use it to overline and re-shape lips, as a base for an all-over wash of colour, or to help lipstick adhere to the lips for a longer-lasting finish.
