Description
A tribute to the cooper's method of charring barrels, this Irish whiskey is a triple distilled blend of small batch grain and traditional Irish pot still whiskeys, which has been matured in double charred casks. Time spent in these toasty casks has imbued the liquid with intense aromas of butterscotch, fudge and creamy toffee, which lead on to a rich palate full of nuts, spice and vanilla.
