Only had a few weeks and although initially comfortable, has started to go flat. Also, it sheds loads of fibres so everything gets covered in them. The zip is deceiving as you can’t actually take the cover off. I know if I wash it, the fibres will probably be less, however, drying it will be a huge problem. Very disappointing.

Bought as a present. Recipient loves it
I bought this for my daughter who has been unwell to make her comfortable in bed. She says it's the most wonderful thing and can get comfortable with it on her side and on her back
