The low sides make it easy to use spatulas or other kitchen utensils during cooking or toss food and transfer it directly onto the plate. Its aluminium body guarantees excellent cooking results whilst the non-stick coating allows fewer oils and fats to be used for healthier cooking. It is also very easy to clean. The patented base allows compatibility with all types of hobs; gas, electric, ceramic and induction, for maximum versatility. It is possible to put all Smeg cookware in the oven up to a temperature of 250C/480F and they can also be put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. Body material: Cold-forged aluminium.
