The bag itself is lovely, soft leather and the colour and size I was looking for. However, the Next description is very misleading as it says it has a cotton lining and two inner pockets, BUT this is not so. I returned the first order as assumed I had received a faulty item but on re-ordering, it was the same.I contacted Next Customer Services but they were not interested.I have a 22 round trip journey to my nearest store but that was of little interest to Next. Very disappointed 😢
