The chairs are very comfortable, and easy to put together. They are perfect for what I require. The delivery team were great.Just a shame I had to pay upfront and wait nearly 3 months for delivery. This was not advised as such on the website, to me it gave the impression I could either collect from a shop or they would be delivered immediately. When I phoned to ask the customer team where my chairs were and why I was having to wait, they were very polite, but not helpful. I eventually got the chairs delivered at the same time as a table I had ordered which I hadn't had to pay for upfront and it was specifically advised there would be a delay in delivery.
