I bought this specifically for jogging. Not really enough support on its own so having to wear another sports bra with it.

The sports bra is good quality and comfortable. If anything the shoulder straps are a little tight, I wouldn't want to wear it all day. The handy little hook at the front makes it really easy to zip up. Without the hook it would be pretty impossible. I usually wear a 36c so I ordered that size and it's a perfect fit.
