This should really be a higher star rating for the style and overall appeal of the lampshade, as well as excellent value for money. However, mine had not been particularly well finished around the lower metal ring that encircles the fabric. It just hadn't been finished off properly, all the way around the rim and should never have been passed as fit for purpose. Being the handy chap that I am, I managed to put it right, having to tuck the frayed fabric back into the ring with some degree of difficulty, my choice to do it of course. Hopefully, NEXT will take note!
