Every day, morning and/or night In the bath: pour a few drops into the bathtub and run the water (maximum temperature: 37C) Stay in the bath for 10 minutes to breathe in the aromatic vapours and boost your mood In the shower: apply to wet skin and rinse. For reasons of hygiene this product cannot be returned if unwrapped, unsealed or used, unless faulty.
