    Product is good, maybe not as good as I thought it would be. Was very disappointed in the packaging by next though. The product had clearly been a return by another customer. The product was dumped in the box, the plastic plug cover was dumped in and no instruction manual. Due to the cost of this item highly disappointing. My hair straightners had broke and really needed the new ones quickly hence the reason I ordered from next, as I cold get them next day service, and don’t have time to return for an new item. Will definitely think twice about ordering from next again.

    I have only used it twice at the moment- the first time my hair looked so straight with just using the hair dry part I didn't feel I needed to use the shine shot. The second time I thought I would try it and was really pleased. It looked like I had been to the hair dressers. The only thing I would say is the top layer of my hair is hard to dry at the roots, maybe I will get better at it. I'm looking forward to using it again I found it quite fast - my hair is fine and fairly straight. Glad I bought . Originally posted on www.ghdhair.com

    We are a very ordinary family. Mum works full time and is always rushing about and is useless with hair. I'm 13 and bullied at school for my curls. Mum has 20year old GHDs that she swears by so for my birthday I asked for the duet styler. It was very expensive and Mum had her reservations but wow wow and more wow!
