This is the only product that has ever reduced my shedding. I have tried everything including expensive supplements. I also love the minty fresh smell. I'd been using this shampoo + conditioner for years, I love how healthy my hair looks and feels with these but, I go through phases which its smell overwhelms my senses so, I take a break and use another shampoo of this same brand (which I also love) for a while, but never quit it for good because it IS an amazing product and does wonders for my hair.
