Spritz lightly over the skin or pillow. Allow the mist to settle and then climb into bed. On first application apply product to a small area of skin to check for sensitivity. Always apply product sparingly and build to desired heating effect. Massage the product on to tense areas e.g. neck, shoulders and legs before going to bed. Massage generously into your body to leave your skin feeling butter-soft. For reasons of hygiene this product cannot be returned if unwrapped, unsealed or used, unless faulty.
