    Big thick plastic bag. Good durability. Nothing to fasten it closed. It’s a lot of plastic I hope they reuse it.

    I supposedly ended up with two bags, one I couldn’t find as the delivery proof was of a blurry grey/black image. And after showing one out of Stock and cancelled we got rid of the mattress with the bag

    I was told on the phone that it would be a free service to remove my old mattress if I was buying a new one from them. It seems I'm going to be billed £20. My complaint is they should have been clearer. I am happy to the money for removal of mattress.
