IF I DISCOVER I HAD PPP, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

If you wish to make a complaint, you can get in touch with PA(GI) Ltd (previously trading as Phoenix Assurance), as they are the Insurers that provided policies previously sold by Next.

This privacy notice was last updated on 9th November 2018.

Please note that you only have until 29 August 2019 to make a complaint about PPP.

Remember if you complain via:

  • Post - allow enough time for the complaint to reach your provider before the 29 August 2019
  • Telephone - be aware that phone lines will close at 5:00pm
  • Online - please submit your complaint in advance to avoid any delays because of an increase of submissions close to the deadline
