Please check the dimensions of your chosen item(s) ensuring that it will fit through all access points. Do you need to see a swatch of your chosen fabric? If so you can order up to nine here.

Delivery

We deliver 7 days a week and we will offer 3 delivery time slots. All our larger items are delivered by a two man team at a cost of £10.00.

Smaller items are delivered by one person at a cost of £4.50.

Look out for the icon for large items.

If you order more than one item we will only charge you one fee, this should be clear prior to placing your order. The delivery date we will offer will be based on the items with the longest availability.

Delivery Day

Please make sure you are there to accept delivery of large items. If you are not at home at the arranged time or refuse delivery, at our discretion, we will charge you £30 for missed delivery.

To ensure you are happy with your purchase we will give you the option to check the item before the delivery team leave your home.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your purchase is delivered faulty let us know straight away, please call 03337778999. With your help we will do everything we can to rectify the problem.

Cancelling Your Order

(0-14 days after delivery)

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase. If you do change your mind you have the right to cancel your order after you have received it. Please ask a member of our team or call 03337778999 to help you with your cancellation.

Cancelling Your Order

(15 days after delivery)

If you do change your mind and want to cancel your order this may not be possible 15 days post delivery. At our discretion, we will try our best to accommodate your request to cancel.

In these circumstances, we would want to carry out an independent inspection in the comfort of your home, prior to collecting the item. If the results of the inspection show the product to be in a condition fit for re sale we will collect with pleasure but we may ask you to contribute by paying a fee of £100.
