Wanted new eyelet curtains for our guest bedroom. My house has a coastal/hamptons interior design element throughout.The Laura Ashley blue awning stripe fitted the design style perfectly. The curtains straight from the packet fitted perfectly without any alteration needed. I ordered the biggest size that they sell. The fabric is stiffer/rougher to the touch than I was expecting. The curtains understandably were a bit creased where they were folded into it’s packaging. I’m sure after a few weeks the creases will naturally drop out without needing an iron. They are blackout which is an added bonus., especially for a bedroom. I knocked a star off on price as I feel you’re paying for the name “Laura Ashley branding”. The curtains don’t feel any better quality wise than let’s say less than £100 curtains from other known brands like Catherine LansfieldAll in all though I’m happy with my purchase as it was the colours/stripes that I specifically wanted & my guest room looks curated having them up at the window.
