Pretty design and lovely soft fabric. Medium size fits nicely. Very happy with the dressing gown.

I couldn’t believe the state of this item when I opened the bag and saw it. Someone had obviously tried this on before, and thrown the gown back into the bag like a dishrag.. It was to be a gift for my daughter, but it was creased, so I took photos and sent to customer services with an email. Next promises to ‘get back’ within twenty four hours, I’ve waited four days and still no reply! This item was paid full price for too.Needless to say I won’t be shopping with them again. Frankly disgusted.

This dressing down is gorgeous, it’s warm without being too thick and heavy with a beautiful design, soft colour and the softest material ever. I can’t stop feeling it. I would definitely recommend buying this luxurious dressing gown for cosying up on these colder evenings.
