It has been the worst and the most frustrating online shopping experience I have ever had. It's my first furniture item bought from Next and I think it might be the last. I received 3 boxes with the same part missing in each one of them. I believe the warehouse has real issues performing its quality check and keeps sending faulty items to the customers. The item itself is beautiful, but not worth more than a month of misleading deliveries and having to put up with the horrid smell of the box.
