Easy to assemble. Size is perfect for small areas.

The parts we were given didn't fit (we had to go out to buy different screws to secure the flip latch correctly. Also, whilst following the instructions accurately...the flip latch doesn't work anyway...so the table constantly slides. When the table is extended, the legs are in awkward places
