This is a beautiful lamp and was a replacement for one that didn’t work. I appreciate that the lamp was replaced quickly and I am very happy with the result. I had bought this lamp to match one I bought last year. The two lamps look fabulous together and everyone comments on them when they come in to our lounge.

This is a beautiful lamp. This is also the second one we have bought from Next. They make a great pair and look good in our lounge. I used your click and collect service and the lamp was delivered to our local Next store. It was extremely well packed. Very safe and secure, necessary for a glass lamp!Unfortunately, when we switched it on, it didn’t work. I changed the fuse and the bulb but it still didn’t work. I took the floor switch apart to find that one of the wires had been carelessly snipped part way through. The floor switch itself was not of good quality. I should have packed it all up and returned it but I would have struggled with the cardboard puzzle. I took the switch out and rejoined the wires using a safe cable block. We have to use the wall switch to turn it on. A beautiful lamp then, spoiled by a cheap switch and poor wiring.
