Purchased 2 of these shades online. It was obvious on opening the bag that one had previously been returned as it wasn't in a plastic bag and the box had been sellotaped down. Needless to say when it was taken out of the box it was badly dented. Should not have left the warehouse. Reordered and returned damaged item to a store. Phoned customer services as do not want to pay delivery cost on reordered item. They confirmed that delivery cost will be refunded. Will wait and see on that. The reordered item has a slight manufacturing fault but can't be bothered to return that as well, hope that it wont be seen once they are in position. Really like the design of these and also the 2 table lights bought at the same time.
