How does it work?
Welcome to our free, easy, new collect in store service. Last minute date? Just remembered a birthday? Relatives turned up unannounced? Or do you simply need those new cushions right now? For all those last minute dramas and anything else that life throws at you, Next is there by your side with our Collect in Store service: Reserved in store, ready from under 1 hour.
Items in your local store are now available to shop and reserve on our website. Just click the “Collect Today” button on the products you like, enter your postcode to check stock in your nearest store, then pay for your order online. We will reserve them in under 1 hour, and text you when its ready. You can then collect anytime thereafter, that’s it.
Delivery to stores is free and is subject to stock availability.
Your order may not be accepted if we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or you have insufficient credit on your Next account, or you appear
to be ineligible to order the item in question, or we have identified a pricing or description error for the product, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
When the product is ready for collection in the store, we will contact you by text. Please do not make the journey to store until you have received
confirmation from us that the product is ready.
You will need to bring confirmation of order with you when you come to collect the product.
If we have taken payment before your order is accepted, we will refund you using the same method of payment you have used.
