These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place online orders. To register on the site and to place orders you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident. By accessing this website and ordering goods from Next online you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your consumer rights are not affected.
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between you and Next at the point we despatch the goods. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Next, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from Next acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched, Next may not accept the order or you may cancel the order. Certain exceptions apply to this, such as orders for personalised items and goods, which cannot be cancelled by you once Next has sent confirmation by email that your order has been received, as such goods may already be in production. For a list of exceptions to items you can return please see EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS POLICY.
For security reasons, until you have placed an order for goods, received your first statement and a payment has been received for those goods, you will be unable to order gift cards. For security reasons we may restrict the volumes of certain items to be sold in any one transaction. Next shall continue to own any goods ordered by you until it has received payment in full, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
Purchases from Next Online will be charged the day the goods are despatched/purchased in-store.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered. This excludes certain goods that we sell, for example, items made or customised to your order, (such as photo gifts, made to measure curtains, fabric sold by the metre and personalised goods), fresh flowers, perishable food items, audio recordings, computer software and games, toiletries and cosmetics (where the seal has been broken), and pierced jewellery items.
You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email, or using the cancellation form on the website (see below) or phone (on 0333 777 8000) within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You must return goods in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit. We recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See RETURNSsection for details of how to return goods to us.
You must not return substitute or alternative items. If you do so, we reserve the right to send incorrectly returned items back to you at our discretion and you shall remain responsible for the cost of the original goods purchased. We reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigation. We may offset the amount you owe from other sums that may be due to you for refunds. Accepting returned goods and/or crediting an account does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee.

Additional terms and conditions apply to cancelling orders for certain goods such as made-to-order items, large furniture items and domestic appliances. Please refer to the terms relating to the supply of those goods.
You may use the model cancellation form below if you wish to but you do not have to. You do however need to follow our Returns Process.

You may cancel or return your online order/purchase within 28 days from the day the goods were delivered to either (1) your home address; or (2) a store (if you elected for your items to be delivered to store). Please note this returns period is 14 days longer than the consumer law right of cancellation.
You must return most goods purchased online in a new and unused condition and where possible, in the original packaging. If tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund.
You may usually return your goods to a store, or via courier, Evri Parcel Shop or post. Returns via courier, Evri Parcel shop and post are charged at £2.50 per return/collection. If you paid for such order by credit/ debit card, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, any charges will be deducted from your refund. If you paid using your Next credit account, any charges will be added to your account. If you return the whole order the £4.95 delivery charge will be refunded. Items bought in store using a Next credit account cannot be returned via courier and must be returned to a store.

You may return your goods for free in most Next stores, except our airport stores. If you are returning goods via a store, please take your delivery note with you. For details of your nearest store please call 0333 777 8939 or log on to next.co.uk/stores. Certain goods cannot be returned to stores, as detailed in the EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURNS section.
To return large Home goods see the SOFA AND FURNITURE DELIVERY, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS section below. To return Beaverbrooks products, see separate heading below. Most returns collected by Next from your home are charged at £2.50 per collection even if you return multiple orders via one collection. Collections in Northern Ireland are £2.50.
Fashion and small homeware (excluding electrical) goods in a new and unused condition can be returned via an Evri Parcel Shop. Specific packaging or despatch bags are not required. Items should be returned in the original packaging. If tags have been removed we may be unable to process a refund.
The item(s) should be secured in a sealed parcel, with the ‘peel off’ returns label attached from the original despatch note. The Evri Parcel Shop will provide proof of your return. Evri Parcel shops will not accept the following Next items for return: items delivered by 2-persons, Moncler, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana and Monnalisa products, fresh flowers plants, certain wine & spirits, domestic appliances, copies of the Next Directory and products for return to Hammonds, Garden & Plants and Gift Experiences. Refunds will be made once the parcel has arrived back to our Returns Centre. This may take up to 7 days.
To return by post, call 0333 777 4574 to request a returns label and take the item secured in a sealed parcel to your nearest Post Office.
Refund Cards are credited with the value of goods returned and can be used by the recipient only in full or part payment for goods purchased from participating Next stores. This card cannot be used (1) to pay towards a credit account; (2) online; or (3) to purchase Gift Cards or E-vouchers.
Before you receive the card we may ask for your address which we will retain to monitor use. On redemption you may be required to confirm your address and if this does not match the address previously given we reserve the right to refuse to honour the card.
The value of purchases will be deducted from the balance on the card when presented; any remaining balance can be used against future purchases. Purchases and refunds made outside the UK are subject to currency conversion at the prevailing daily rate.
The card is not for re-sale or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given. The card will not be honoured if sold. If found, cut in two and return to the Next Banking Department, Next Retail Limited, Desford Road, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4AT.

The card will expire 24 months after last use or balance check and any remaining balance will be deducted.
Next cannot accept responsibility if your card is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances.
This card remains the property of Next and is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
Next reserves the right to discontinue the card at any time. Your consumer rights are not affected.
Next may suspend or terminate your ability to place orders if we determine that the rate at which you return goods (‘returns rate’), when compared to the number of goods ordered and retained, is too high.
If you meet the criteria, we will notify you and work with you to improve your returns rate. We want you to continue shopping with us, but if your returns rate remains high, we may have to close your account. Should that happen, we will not be able to offer you an account in the future.
Following notification of closure, if you have a balance remaining on your account, your available credit will be restricted, and we will ask you to pay your balance down in accordance with your monthly statements before closing your account.
Your credit agreement with Next states that we may suspend, restrict or terminate your right to draw on your credit account at any time for any objectively justified reason. We consider that a high returns rate may constitute such a reason.

We cannot accept any returns through our airport stores.
No refunds or exchanges can be given on:-
A non-refundable collection charge of £30 will be applied to large homeware, furniture and upholstery items if delivery is refused, or collection is requested, in the first 14 days of having received your item/s (starting the day after delivery), unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given. This charge will increase to £60 if you return your item/s 15-30 days after the day of delivery.
Gift cards/ eGiftcards/vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition will not be credited to your account or refunded.
This does not affect your right to return faulty items. If you return an item outside of the 28 day period you may be refunded with an eVoucher.
Delivery to stores is free. At times of peak trade, we may charge 25p for the next day delivery to store service, delivery to store will remain FREE for any subsequent days. You will be advised of the earliest delivery date at the time of order. The next day delivery to store service applies to most orders placed before 11pm on any day. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is available in most stores, excluding airport stores and is subject to stock availability and demand. Delivery to store is not available for certain items listed below in the STORE DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS section. Please take one form of personal identification e.g. driving license or utility bill or either your credit account statement. We will email you when your order is ready for collection at your designated store. Orders will be available for collection in most stores on the stated delivery day after 12 noon. Orders delivered to stores that are not collected within 10 days of the collection date will be cancelled, returned to the warehouse and a refund processed.
When the goods are ready for collection in store, we will contact you by email. Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the goods are ready. Please note:
Delivery to stores is not available for swatches and paint samples, fresh flowers and plants, some wines & spirits, fresh food items, gift cards, Art2Order, some personalised items, items made to your order, fabric by the metre, domestic appliances, Gift Experiences, goods ordered from Next Garden, Hammonds bedrooms, Beaverbrooks products, D&G, Versace, Moncler & Monnalisa products or some large 2 person delivery goods.
The standard next day delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11pm. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand. When the standard courier service is not available, Next will deliver by an alternative carrier and this may take longer. Weekend delivery for furniture, upholstery and large homeware is available between 7.30am and 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Next day delivery is not available for Sale items. In Northern Ireland, the standard next day delivery service applies on orders placed Sunday to Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

Specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time you order. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. No delivery services are available on a bank holiday. We do not deliver wine & spirits outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, this includes to BFPO addresses. We do not deliver fresh flowers & plants outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, this includes to BFPO addresses. Over our busy periods our standard delivery services may be affected, specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time of order.
This service is not available in Northern Ireland, mainland offshore islands and selected mainland areas.
Our standard courier delivery charge to home is £4.95 per order for one person delivery items. Items requiring 2 person delivery are charged at £15.00 per delivery. The following exceptions apply: wine & spirits £4.95 per box; personalised picture gifts £4.95 per item; Gift Cards £2 for standard delivery Royal Mail 1st class, £3 Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and £5 Royal Mail Special Delivery, Gift Card orders with £125 to £200 value will automatically charge a special delivery rate (free delivery for eVouchers); large domestic appliances from £19.99 per item for England, Scotland & Wales, and £34.99 for Northern Ireland - charges will be detailed at point of order. These additional delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given. We do not deliver fresh flowers and plants, wine & spirits outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland, this includes to BFPO addresses. The next day delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11pm. The next day delivery service is only available in our personal courier areas. Appliances can be delivered the next day, but a surcharge applies. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Next Day Delivery is not available in the following postcodes (subject to change)

nextunlimited orders can be placed over the telephone, or online once you have logged into your account at next.co.uk. Subject to the exceptions listed below, the nextunlimited service includes orders for home delivery, 2 person deliveries and deliveries to Evri Parcel Shops.
nextunlimited can also be used to cover delivery charges for purchases made via some of our partner sites, which currently includes Laura Ashley. Partnering brands eligible to use nextunlimited are subject to change, at our discretion.
As per our Next returns policy, returns to store are free for all customers.
Returns made via Evri Courier Collection, Evri Parcel Shop, Evri Lockers, Post Offices or Royal Mail Customer Service Points will be charged at the standard rate of £2.50 per parcel.
The return of non faulty large furniture items are subject to a one off charge of £30 in the first 14 days of having received your item/s (starting the day after delivery). If you would like to return your item/s 15 - 30 days after the day of delivery, this charge increases to £60, as the item/s will require a full independent 2 part inspection (in your home pre-collection and at our warehouse) to re-evaluate the stock for resale before you receive your refund. Items cannot be returned 30+ days after delivery. There is no cost associated with returning faulty large furniture items. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please return goods to us in their original packaging and ensure that all parts and fittings are included.
If you return goods to us without arranging collection by us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them. We recommend using a recorded or secure delivery method when returning goods to us. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you the value for loss or damage or deduct this amount from your refund.
The charge for the nextunlimited service will not be included in any other offer or incentive.
The standard next day delivery service applies to most orders placed before 11pm. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area/availability and demand.
The service is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the nextunlimited service in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach by you will result in the termination of your subscription and no refund will be given. Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time. If Next discontinues the offer, you will be refunded pro rata for the remaining months of your subscription.
The subscription is non-transferable between accounts.
Subscribing to the nextunlimited Annual Pass: To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must have a registered account with Next. To become an account holder, please register your details at https://www.next.co.uk/secure/account/Register.
Purchasing the nextunlimited Annual Pass: The service costs £22.50 for a 12 month subscription.
If you are a Next credit account holder, the nextunlimited subscription charge will be added to your credit account and will show on your statement as a one off charge for the year. Interest will be charged as per your credit agreement. At the time of your purchase, the charge will be added to your total at checkout.
Activating the nextunlimited Annual Pass: Your access to free delivery with nextunlimited will be activated immediately once purchased. If you purchase nextunlimited alongside other items, you will receive free delivery on that order.
Credit account customers: You will be contacted before your 12 month subscription is automatically renewed. Please note, in order for your subscription to be renewed your account must have sufficient credit to cover the renewal cost. As a Next credit account holder, once you purchase nextunlimited your subscription will be set to automatically renew on an annual basis. To change your subscription preferences, please visit the nextunlimited section within your My Account area.
Credit or Debit card customers: If you purchase nextunlimited with a Credit or Debit card, your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis. You will be contacted before your 12 month subscription is automatically renewed and have the option to change your renewal status via My Account, after your 14 day cooling off period. If you choose not to automatically renew, you have the option to manually repurchase the annual subscription at next.co.uk either in the last 28 days of your subscription, or any time after your subscription has expired
Alternative payment method customers (paypal, apple pay, gift cards etc.): For customers paying with an alternative method we will contact you before your subscription is due to expire. You have the option to manually repurchase the annual subscription at next.co.uk either in the last 28 days of your subscription, or any time after your subscription has expired.
Please note, if you subsequently open a credit account whilst you have an active nextunlimited subscription, you will receive the option to switch on auto-renew in your My Account area. If you do not switch this on, your subscription will end, and you will need to manually repurchase.
Cancelling within the 14 day cooling off period: If the service has not been used, you have the right to cancel in the first 14 days of having purchased or renewed your annual subscription. The cancellation option will be available within the nextunlimited section of the My Account area. If you are in the 14 day cooling off period and have used your subscription, the option to cancel will not be available online. In this scenario, you will need to inform the customer service team on 0333 777 8000 that you wish to cancel your subscription.
Cancelling after the 14 day cooling off period: If you choose to cancel your subscription after the 14 day cooling off period, you may do so by informing the customer service team on 0333 777 8000. No refund will be given for cancellations outside of the cooling off period.
Effects of cancellation: Access to nextunlimited will immediately stop and, if you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a reimbursement in the next 5 working days following cancellation. This includes if credit is withdrawn or you close your credit account.
Signing up for the nextunlimited 30 day free trial: The 30 day free trial is only available to nextpay customers. Customers must not have had a paid annual nextunlimited subscription in the past 6 months or 3 previous 30 day trials at any time. By signing up to the trial you are agreeing to sign up to 12 months of nextunlimited at the end of your trial period, and that payment of £22.50 will be automatically charged to your nextpay account at the end of the trial.
Activating the nextunlimited 30 day free trial: The service will be immediately activated upon sign up, which is currently available on the delivery page at checkout. The trial includes 30 days of access to nextunlimited delivery savings, including: Standard Home deliveries, Furniture Deliveries and ParcelShop deliveries.
Renewing the nextunlimited 30 day free trial: Once your 30 day free trial has come to an end, you will automatically renew to an annual paid subscription, which will be automatically charged to your nextpay account at the end of the trial. Once you have renewed to an annual subscription, you will have a 14 day cooling off period whereby you have the right to cancel. For full terms and conditions, please refer to the annual subscription terms above.
Cancellation rights for the nextunlimited 30 day free trial: You have the right to cancel this trial at any time. If you choose to cancel your 30 day free trial, you may do so by logging into your account at next.co.uk and visiting the nextunlimited section of My Account any time before your 30 day free trial ends.
Effects of cancellation: You will still have access to nextunlimited delivery savings until the end of your 30 day free trial. Once your free trial comes to an end, you will not auto-renew to a 12 month subscription.
Subscribing to the nextunlimited Monthly Pass: To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must have a registered account with Next and purchase the subscription using a Credit/Debit card. To become an account holder, please register your details at https://www.next.co.uk/secure/account/Register.
Please note, the monthly subscription is currently unavailable for Next Credit Account holders.
Purchasing the nextunlimited Monthly Pass:
The monthly subscription costs £3.50 per month. This charge will be taken at the time of purchase and subsequently on a rolling monthly basis from your original payment method.
Activating the nextunlimited Monthly Pass:
Your access to free delivery with nextunlimited will be activated immediately once purchased. If you purchase nextunlimited alongside other items, you will receive free delivery on that order.
Renewing the nextunlimited Monthly Pass: -
The monthly subscription will automatically renew every month from the day of purchase using your original payment method.
Please note if you subsequently open a credit account whilst you have an active nextunlimited monthly subscription, your subscription will be cancelled automatically at the end of your most recent billed month.
You will still have access to the subscription until then. As the monthly subscription is only available to Credit/Debit card customers, you will be unable to repurchase the monthly subscription with a credit account. You can, however, purchase the nextunlimited annual subscription with a credit account.
Cancellation rights for the nextunlimited Monthly Pass
The nextunlimited monthly subscription has a 3 month minimum term. During these 3 months you will be unable to cancel your subscription unless unused and within the 14 day cooling off period.
Cancelling within the 14 day cooling off period: If the service has not been used, you have the right to cancel in the first 14 days of having purchased or renewed your monthly subscription. The cancellation option will be available within the nextunlimited section of the My Account area. If you are in the 14 day cooling off period and have used your subscription, the option to cancel will not be available online. In this scenario, you will need to inform the customer service team on 0333 777 8000 that you wish to cancel your subscription.
Cancelling after the 14 day cooling off period: If you choose to cancel your subscription after the 14 day cooling off period, you may do so once you have completed the 3 month minimum term by logging into your account at next.co.uk and visiting the nextunlimited section of My Account.
Effects of cancellation: If you choose to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, your access to nextunlimited will immediately stop. If you have not used your subscription, you will receive a full refund in the next 5 working days following cancellation. If you cancel after the 14 day cooling off period, following completion of your 3 month minimum term, your access to free delivery will remain until the end of the billed month, and no subsequent payments will be taken.
Standard delivery charge to an Evri Parcel shop is £3.50. Evri Parcel Shops cannot be used for delivery of fresh flowers & plants, wine, 2 person delivery items, items made to your specification, Hammonds bedrooms, domestic appliances, Beaverbrooks, Art2Order, Garden and Plants and Gift Experiences. Standard next day delivery is available to most Evri Parcel Shops, except for Sundays and Bank Holidays. No parcels will be delivered to an Evri Parcel Shop on these days but any parcels already delivered will be available for collection. We will email or text you when your order has arrived and is ready for collection at your designated Evri Parcel Shop. Your parcel will be kept at your designated Evri Parcel Shop for 10 days. We will send you a reminder text or email to collect your parcel before we return it to our warehouse. Evri Parcel Shop opening times and days cannot be guaranteed. All delivery services are subject to stock and demand. When collecting a parcel delivered to an Evri Parcel Shop, please take one form of personal identification e.g. driving licence, passport or utility bill.
Returns Information
If the whole order for which Delivery has been charged is returned, the £4.95 charge will be refunded, (if you have a “pay with order” account, this will be deducted from your refund). Return your unwanted item(s) within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods). Or within 14 days of cancelling your order, if you have informed us in writing of your wish to cancel, within 14 days of delivery (beginning on the day after you receive the goods). Returns to store are free. Returns collected by Next from your home cost £3.50 per collection. The returns charge will be deducted from your account or from the sum refunded to you. Any order of large items which require a 2 person delivery will be charged at £15.00. You will be informed at point of order if your goods require 2 person delivery. Return your unwanted item(s) within 14 days (beginning on the day after the day you receive the goods). Returns collected by Next from your home cost £3.50 per collection. The returns charge will be deducted from your account. This service allows orders placed by credit account to be delivered to the account address and up to five other addresses. Additional delivery addresses can be added to your Account either during checkout or by logging into ‘My Account' and selecting the ‘Delivery Address' option. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to workplace addresses. You must authenticate the new address against your billing address by entering your credit card details (the credit card must be registered to your billing address). If you are a new credit customer, then payment will be taken from the card for the full order value. Once this order has been successfully processed, you can deliver items to an alternative residential address. To enable us to deliver to a different address to your ‘Account Address' on some occasions we may require you to pay by credit card for your order when you checkout. The credit card must be registered to the Account Address. Alternative addresses will expire after 13 months if not used.
Gift Cards or eVouchers cannot be used to pay for goods purchased and delivered to an alternative delivery address. In the instance that part of the order is delivered to a store and part to a new address, the order may still need to be paid for in full by credit card.
Free delivery on a second order within 30 minutes of an initial order is only offered where a delivery fee has been paid on the initial order.
Free delivery offers are subject to availability and are NOT applicable to some wines & spirits, Gift Cards, Art2Order, personalised gifts, eGiftcards, domestic appliances, Gift Experiences, Made2Measure, fitted bedrooms by Hammonds ,sofas, selected large home items. Free delivery and other offer codes remain the property of Next, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form or used in conjunction with any other offer.

If your product cannot be repaired, or it is not cost effective for us to carry a repair, we will replace it with the same model, where available or, if this is no longer available, substitute an equivalent specification or value.
This guarantee does not cover: the feet of the item; where there is evidence of accidental or deliberate damage; where an item has been modified, altered or repaired by anyone other than us or at our instruction; wear and tear; where you have failed to properly maintain the item; if the structure has been subject to adverse moisture, or has been used in a non-domestic environment; if the product is in an unsanitary condition (for example, caused by pets), or exposure to chemicals or fluids. We reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product. This guarantee is not transferable, if you sell or donate your furniture item to someone else.

Please leave the protective wrapping on your mattress until you are sure you wish to keep it. For health and hygiene reasons, once mattresses have been unwrapped, they cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
When you buy a new mattress from us, we can take away and dispose of your old or unwanted item, for a fee of £20.
The trial begins on the day the mattress is delivered. If you wish to return the mattress for free, please contact customer services (0333 777 8999) and they will arrange a collection and send out a return bag that the mattress must be packed in and sealed with tape. Our delivery team will collect from the room of your choice. Please do not leave the mattress outside, as unfortunately we will not be able to take any items which have been damaged due to being left outside. Our carriers are also required to use their discretion, and may refuse the collection, if they feel the mattress presents a health and safety risk. This offer is in addition to your usual legal rights, which are not affected.
For your peace of mind our Next mattresses are guaranteed for 10 years if specified within the product information provided. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery. We will repair, free of charge, any product that becomes defective due to faulty materials or poor workmanship. This includes the following faults: filling settlement issues, faulty spring unit, stitching issues, tufting issues, zip issues, excessive smells and poor finish.

The Activity Superstore Experiences issues face value vouchers ("Vouchers") entitling the Holder to choose, up to the value stated on the Voucher, one of a range of activities supplied by the Next Experiences and provided by selected suppliers.
Vouchers are valid for a minimum of nine months (excluding promotions). Please check the season of any intended activity, as this may be shorter than the Voucher validity. You will find the expiry date printed on the Voucher. You must book and complete your activity prior to the expiry date. If you are unable to use your Voucher within the validity period, the Voucher can be extended for a period of up to six months (excluding promotions). A Voucher can only be extended once and must be done while the Voucher is valid.
Extended Vouchers cannot be refunded. A £20 administration fee is payable if you choose to extend your validity.
You may use your Voucher to book any of the activities from our website. If you have not already been provided with a Voucher for the type of activity you are interested in, or wish to change to another activity type, contact us on the number provided or via our website and you will be sent a Voucher for that activity. If appropriate, your original Voucher will be replaced.
Contact us again when you have decided which activity you wish to enjoy. A difference will be payable if the chosen activity costs more than the face value of your original Voucher and the value of your Voucher will be increased.
If your chosen activity is cheaper, we will hold the difference as a credit against another activity. In this case, the credit holds the same expiry date as the original Voucher.
Please note you may not be able to change your mind once a date has been booked with a supplier.
A Voucher can be exchanged only once for another Voucher, up to the face value stated on it and subject to the restrictions below, without incurring a fee. An administration fee of £20 will be charged for a second and final exchange, (as no more than two exchanges in total are permitted). If you wish to combine or merge more than one Voucher together, as part of the exchange process, then this can be arranged however subject to the following restrictions; You can merge no more than two Vouchers together; if the Vouchers have different expiry dates then the earlier expiry date is taken forward onto the replacement Voucher, not the later date; only Vouchers purchased from the same retail chain or website may be merged together; and you may not merge any Vouchers previously merged or exchanged.

In order to enjoy your chosen activity and to arrange a time and place for your activity you are asked to choose your preferred location then follow the booking instructions on the Voucher pack.
You may be required to send your Voucher to the chosen provider to confirm your booking in advance: if so we recommend you keep a record of your Voucher number and use registered post, as your Voucher is a valuable document.
Customers should also note that your Voucher must be presented on the day, in order to participate in the activity. If lost, we regret that Vouchers cannot be replaced.
Please note you may not be able to change your mind once a date has been booked with a supplier.
We try to ensure that descriptions, illustrations and experience titles used in the Voucher packs, in all our literature and our website are accurate, however, photographs and experience titles are intended to give a general idea of the activity described, and do not form part of any contract between you and Next Experiences.
Please note depending on the location you choose, the experience title may differ to that of experience title used by our suppliers, but this does not affect your entitlement as described in your Voucher pack.
Where applicable, the Voucher price includes the cost of providing you with personal accident insurance cover. This insurance cover is only included if indicated on your Voucher and is not available for activities that take place abroad. Full details of insurance cover are included in your information pack.
If you are not satisfied with your Voucher pack, please call us within 28 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund on receipt of your unused and valid Voucher. Refunds will be paid back onto your Next account. No interest will be paid on the amount to be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued once a date has been booked with the provider. We ask you to photocopy your Voucher before sending it to us or to send it via registered post.
Your right to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will refund the full value of the item. If you require a refund due to a defect, then you must request this within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

For safety reasons, some activities have certain size, age and health restrictions. You are required to notify the activity provider of any relevant medical condition. Our Customer Contact Centre/or the provider can advise of any restrictions at the time of purchase and/or booking. Activity, Availability and Timings: These are given as a guide only, and you may be required to wait between different elements of the activity alongside other participants.
If we cancel your activity, we will inform you as soon as possible, and do our best to offer an alternative date or location. If specific celebrities or vehicles are featured but are not available on the day for reasons beyond our control, we will try to find the best possible replacement. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel your activity at short notice and re-book you. We reserve the right to reschedule the timings or location of any activity owing to unavailability of the activity, insufficient numbers making the activity unavailable, and other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right to discontinue an activity, venue, or individual supplier at our own discretion. We will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative activity of the same value, however, if not we will refund your Voucher in full. If you decide to book a different activity and the price of that activity exceeds the face value of your Voucher, you will be expected to pay the difference.
We also reserve the right to make minor changes to your activity. Examples of minor changes include car specification, or order of activities on a particular day.
You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. We will do our best to fill the allocated space, but if we are unable to do so, you may lose your booking. You will be advised by Next Experiences if you can rebook through the cancellation cover.
If you need to cancel your activity because of accidental injury/illness to yourself, or a death in your immediate family you should contact Next Experiences as it may be possible to re-arrange your activity on presentation of a medical or death certificate.
Activities may be cancelled due to weather conditions, mechanical failure, or for other reasons beyond our control. If your activity is cancelled because of the weather, you will be able to rebook for a date on which you are able to attend. Next Experiences is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses incurred by you in attending an activity which is cancelled for any reason.
In case of a problem, please speak to the activity provider on the day, so they have the opportunity to resolve any problems there and then. Any other complaints should be addressed with the customer service department at Next Experiences, who will take up the problem with the supplier on your behalf.
We reserve the right to change activity prices without notice, provided we inform you before the activity is bought. Vouchers will not be issued until payment is collected in full. Prices on our printed material and website are inclusive of VAT.
A person who is not named on the face of the Voucher or activity purchase letter has no right under the Contracts (Rights Of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms and conditions of booking.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and are governed by and in accordance with English law. The purchaser and Next Experiences agree that any problems fall under the jurisdiction of the English courts. All the clauses and sub clauses in our terms and conditions are independent of each other. If one clause or sub clause is invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other clause or sub clause.
