On your first order if you choose to request a next directory for just £3.75 you will qualify for free delivery. We’ll send you a statement for your account every month, this will show an up to date balance after any purchases, payments and returns. For full details on payment methods check our terms and conditions.

After 6 months shopping with us as a Next Directory Flexible Account holder, you may be offered a Directory Card, which will allow you to shop in any Next store and add the purchases to your Directory account. This will then show as usual on your Directory account statement.

If you choose not to have the Directory you can still become a Next account holder, however delivery will be charged up to £3.99 for your first order.

Returns are straightforward - either direct to us by courier, or to any of our stores. Returns are also possible through the post office.
