Callow Silver Paella Cooking Set with Burner 42cm

This authentic Spanish Paella cooking set is made in Valencia, Spain and comprises a 42cm polished steel paella pan, a 30cm single gas burner, a tripod stand and a 48cm stainless steel paella skimming spoon. The steel paella pan distributes heat quickly and evenly. Its surface is slightly convex with sloping sides, allowing oil to accumulate in the centre which helps in the preliminary stages of paella preparation. As the pan is steel, a special anti-rust layer is applied in the last stage of production. This needs to be removed before use by filling the pan with water and heating it until the water boils. Empty the pan, then wash in soapy water and dry it thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the pan. After each use, wash and dry the pan before applying oil to preserve the pan. The tripod stand is 65cm high. The burner can be used with propane gas and will provide the optimum temperatures needed for cooking paella.
