The Mini Chocolate Dipping Adventure for Two does just that. They use the same high-quality cocoa to make the dipping chocolate as they use in their other chocolates, so you can enjoy that classic Hotel Chocolat taste you know and love. INSTRUCTIONS: COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: For best results use the bain marie method. Apliances may vary. The instructions given are as a guide only, please adjust them to suit your appliance. Bain Marie Instructions: Pour freshly boiled water into a flat bottomed dish, to a depth of 2cm Remove all chocolate pots from the box and remove the lids Place ALL CHOCOLATE POTS into the boiled water Leave the pots in the water for approximately 20 minutes, or until fully melted, stirring occasionally Microwave Instructions: Remove all chocolate pots from the box and remove the lids Place ALL CHOCOLATE POTS on a microwaveable plate Heat according to instructions below 650 watt. Heat on full power for 1 minute, 15 seconds. Allow to stand 1 minute. Stir gently before serving 750 watt. Heat on full power for 1 minute. Allow to stand 1 minute.
