The two hearts are suspended from a fine Sterling Silver trace chain. Carry your loved ones close to your heart or treasure a special message by personalising the pendants with your own words, up to ten characters on the large heart and six on the small heart. Popular personalisations include names, initials, special dates and personal sentiments. As with all our jewellery, each Personalised Silver & 9ct Gold Family Heart Necklace is individually handmade to order in our Brighton workshop. Made from: 925 Sterling Silver and 9ct yellow gold and comes with a 925 sterling silver chain as standard. Dimensions: Outside diameter of the larger heart is 1.7cm - small heart 1.2cm 100% Silver (Plated). Due to their bespoke nature, most personalised items will be delivered within 7 days.
