I'm 5ft (1.52 m) .7in tall without heels, the dress is about 1.52 long, I went a size up to a 16, it's a lovely dress, I especially liked the swishier movement with the frills at the bottom of the dress, brought it for a day at the horse races and a summer BBQ. I like the different colours of blue, will go well with high heels.

Perfect for holidays. True to size. Colour as photo
It's pretty and so feminine. It's about an inch too long and I'm 5' 6" so it'll require a small kitten heel to be able to wear it. I've bought it for a wedding so the heels will be fine, but kinda rules out wearing it with flats
