The aluminium construction guarantees fast, even heat distribution, with the flat bottom meaning that all of your stir fry ingredients sit closer to the heat source. The nonstick means you can use a third of the oil you would use in an oldfashioned steel wok with no need to worry about seasoning your stir fry pan first. Please note: although this pan is dishwasher safe for convenience, Lakeland recommends hand washing to prolong the performance of the nonstick coating.
