Terrible product design, not sure how it got past quality control. I am unable to open the lid, it tells you that you need to push down and twist the lid to open but this did not work. I am therefore unable to use the product. I was sent a new bottle and had the same problem. I also know of someone else who had the same problem. Originally posted on www.clinique.co.uk

We opened it once the sealed it again only to come back and open it for the cap to be completely stuck everyone tried to open it to no success, a bad design flaw. Originally posted on www.clinique.co.uk

I purchased this product with high hopes given Clinique's reputation. I was very disappointed. I used it to try to remove mascara only (a simple enough job) the next morning I woke with "panda eyes". I've complained to Clinique. Originally posted on www.clinique.co.uk
