So far have only cooked a frozen meal and defrosted once with this microwave but have found it to be very user friendly. Was a tad concerned when ordering that the turntable wouldn't accommodate a D27cm dinner plate but it did so easily thank goodness. This microwave is just as I seen it at first on the website- sleek/shiny/smart/neat. Looks great on my worktop.. Couldn't be more pleased with mypurchase!

It was slightly smaller than my previous microwave, as the cover I had is too big for the glass plate. Otherwise it is a good replacement fits in the space I needed it to and so far functions well.

I gave this microwave 5 stars on all categories and I meant it, it may not have all the features of a much more expensive one but for what it is I'd say it's the best at what it does. Very satisfied customer.
