It took me only a week from ordering this furniture online to getting it delivered to my house. The delivery men were friendly and cautious. There was a two hour window of expected delivery time. Moreover, they called me when they are nearly at my place. I spent about an hour thirty minutes from opening the boxes, reading the instructions, to finish assembling the shelving unit. I only needed a screwdriver. The assembled unit is sufficiently robust and the overall quality is good.
