Quilt cover arrived packed in 2 bags. Next bag was split as if it had been dragged over something rough so extra black bag put on top. Cover was dirty in the split area but as I was expecting guests I had no time to reorder or buy. Dirt came out in wash but sewing was really bad and I had to snip around the seams. Hopefully if I order another Copenhagen (as I like the design) the quality will be better
