Pencil pleat curtains tend to have tightly gathered folds that provide a cosy, traditional shape in your window. Requiring curtain hooks and a track or rod to hang them, they feature string loops along the top that can be hooked in place to secure your pleats in position. Ideally you’ll need at least twice the width of your window for these curtains to create a full silhouette.
