Being clear glass, it has a subtler presence than a solid lamp base and would look beautiful in a bedroom or smaller hallway on a console table. Complete with a natural linen covered drum shade, the Star table lamp from Laura Ashley is finished in antique brass. It comes with a twisted, braided gold cable with handy inline rocker switch. Takes 1 x 60W max ES Edison screw cap GLS standard shape light bulb (not included). We recommend the use of LED bulbs with all our lights as they are more energy efficient, typically last at least 15000 hours and use 90% less energy than a traditional halogen bulb. Less energy means lower electricity costs.
