Please do not leave the mattress outside, as unfortunately we will not be able to take any items which have been damaged due to being left outside. Our carriers are also required to use their discretion, and may refuse the collection, if they feel the mattress presents a health and safety risk. This offer is in addition to your usual legal rights, which are not affected.
