    I have many of these cushions bought at a time when Laura Ashley wasn’t owned by Next and I love them. Even after many years these cushions still fluff up well and the velvet material is so soft and good quality. So because of these reasons I ordered and bought two new ones to add to the others I already own thinking I would be getting the same quality just a different colour. When they arrived the colour was as I expected and wanted but the quality of velvet and the type of feather cushion filler inside is not the same and inferior to what I expected compared to the others and very disappointing. The velvet is thin and hard not soft and thick as my others and the filling is hard and crinkly and when you touch the cushions they make a noise again because the cushion pad inside material is hard and not soft like the others I have purchased when it was the original Laura Ashley. They may be sold as Laura Ashley under Next but they are not the same cushions anymore, the price is the same but the quality is certainly not. Very inferior and I will not be ordering any more as they look and feel like cushions you can buy at half the price elsewhere. This review is very sad to write as I loved Laura Ashley as was, but now they are charging you the same for inferior quality items.
