This set contains Carboncino, a soft and delicate cheese from Piedmont, has a slight piquancy from the mixed-milks used to make it, and so it matches perfectly with our Fig Fruit Purée and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Sea Salt Flavoured Crackers. For a touch of class, the exquisite Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore can be enjoyed on its own, or even better, combined with Van Nahmen’s White Peach Nectar for an incredible Bellini.
