Clarins, I am a loyal, longtime customers of 20 years and I have been using some of the now discontinued used products for many of those years. My regular comfort cleanser with peach extract was one of those products. You have replaced it with a tacky, strong smelling, irritating product that hundreds or probably thousands of people now cannot or will not use. You are looking loyal customers who have been buying your cosmetics for decades. Is this not a little worrying to you? Reviews on top of reviews saying "for the first time in 20 years, I'm going to have to look elsewhere for my skincare products". My skincare routine included your now discontinued shea butter wash and gentle one step peach cleanser, they where my two staples to clean my sore and irritated skin. I've tried the new range and I wasted 90 and got a very sore face that smelled like a perfume shop! Part of being in the top 5 favourite skincare brands in the UK, must involve listening to your customers? Yet, I am almost certain the shea butter facial wash and peach comfort cleanser will now return to your shop shelves, despite customers begging for you to bring it back. I'll be looking elsewhere too, I'm afraid. Your new alpine range has been very disappointing ting and the standards of the products I tried are far below those of my regular purchases. Please clarins, listen to your customers, they are your bread and butter after all. Originally posted on Clarins.co.uk

Used the Peach for many years and was informed it had been discontinued and this was the replacement. Its awful and smells horrible. Clarins listen to your customers and stop continually changing your products. This is so awful I have only used once and have wasted my money. Dont buy - its nothing like the lovely peach version.
