The bed itself is ok. It's not as soft as I thought it would be. The mattress is on the firm side and is a bit too firm for my liking especially when the mattress description says it's a soft to medium mattress in firmness. What was really disappointing was the delivery. The address information Next sent to the manufacturer and then to the delivery company wasn't complete and it was a nightmare and a half to sort it all. Luckily the manufacturer helped me to sort everything but the delivery company was a complete let down on the customer service side. I almost ended up with no mattress being delivered in the end.
