The bag is very poor quality. The suede is marked with lines from the packaging. The centre flap with ring is much too heavy for the suede material of the bag. The bag simply is not good value for money. I am returning it but do not have any invoice. Luckily I have a printer and can print out the email acknowledging the order. Why no paperwork with the purchases as a receipt? What happens if any of the items I am keeping develop a fault?
