If this is your first visit to Next.co.uk the following tips may help you use the site.
You can navigate to different parts of the site by using the buttons in the top bar on each page.
For example, to view our womenswear ranges, move your mouse over WOMENS in the header bar. A drop down of the categories to choose from will be shown. Select one of these and browse through the pages. You can also browse by product.
On the Womenswear pages, click on any picture to see an enlarged view and other details including a description, sizes and colours. Then simply select a size and click Add to Bag to buy the item or use the Add All Items button to buy the whole outfit shown. You can then confirm the sizes and quantities. To return to your shopping bag at any time, click on the View Bag link at the top right of the screen.
Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase you proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase, you need to register your details.
If you are a new customer, the screens will guide you through the registration process and you will be given a customer number. Please use this, along with your postcode and date of birth to sign in with on future visits to this site.
If you are an existing customers you can sign in with your customer number, date of birth and post code.

When you want to shop or access your account you will be asked to sign in.
Please enter your Customer number and Postcode in the exact format that appears on your statement or despatch note. As an additional security measure, we also require your date of birth to sign you in to our site.
(When you register with us online we will send your Customer Number with your first order or by post to enable you to sign in on future visits).
If you have had any promotional information from the Next Directory, then it may have a promotion code (e.g. K8000) included. Please enter this in the space provided to be included in the promotion.

Customers who wish to place an order via the British Forces Post Offices, are required to replace their postcode with a mainland telephone number. Please use the link provided on the sign in page.
To request a change to your delivery address, please write to us at Next, P.O. Box 4000, Sheffield, S97 3ET, including your Next customer number and your date of birth.
We do accept orders from British Forces Post Office (BFPO) address. Please contact 0844 844 8000* 24 hours 7 days a week.
We are sorry but we do not accept orders from outside of the UK via next.co.uk at this time. However customers in the Republic of Ireland can place orders on http://www.nextdirectory.ie and customers in Spain, Portugal, France and Germany can place orders via http://www.nextdirectory.eu.

On most online banking services you will already find Next Directory has been set up as a payee. Please ensure you quote your customer number.

Returns are free of charge. Simply return any unused item within 10 days for a full refund to your account (this does not affect your statutory rights).
Order with credit/debit cards
If you are shopping without a Directory account returns by courier and post will be charged at £2.50. Returns to the store will be free of charge, any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Returns to Store
You can return items through our stores (excluding large, bulky items. Stores cannot exchange items). Please remember to bring your delivery note. You can find your nearest store on our store search page.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns through our stores situated at airports (or airport stores).
Returns to Courier
Call 0844 844 8000 to arrange for your courier to collect items from home, or log into your account to arrange a courier return.
Returns by Post
Next Directory Account Customer:
Use the despatch note label and simply take your parcel to the Post Office.
Order with credit/debit cards:
Contact 0844 844 8000 and we will send you a pre-paid label. Any charges will be deducted from your credit/debit card prior to any refund.
Our online store is open for purchasing from 3AM until 1AM Monday - Friday, 3AM until 12AM (Midnight) Saturday and 6AM until 1AM Sunday. You are able to browse and request a copy of our Directory 24 hours a day.
